About Mackintosh Corporation
Mackintosh Corporation is a duly licensed Specialty Waterproofing Contractor offering the complete range of waterproofing applications. It has the expert capability and product solutions and waterproofing systems to waterproof structures from basement to roof deck and much more. The focus of Mackintosh is quality of materials and quality of workmanship delivered efficiently and effectively. We believe in constant consultation with all parties involved at construction sites in order to ensure the efficient coordination of work and avoid misunderstandings.
Specialty waterproofing contractor, Mackintosh, provides raincoats for buildings and structures. Throughout the United Kingdom and the British Commonwealth, a raincoat is called a mackintosh. Called as such after Scottish inventor Charles Macintosh who invented the waterproof fabric during the 1820s. In providing raincoats for buildings, Mackintosh offers the complete range of waterproofing and ancillary services and can waterproof a structure from basement to roof deck plus much, much more.
Mackintosh has the equipment, specialty material and personnel capability making good on the foregoing and to take on any waterproofing project anywhere in the Philippines. It also has the necessary equipment and expert personnel to carry out work ancillary to the waterproofing application. We also take Construction Safety serious and ensures that our personnel are equipped with proper and approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and seek approval from the DOLE for its project specific Construction Safety and Health Program.
FEATURED PROJECTS
Many waterproofing projects of varying sizes have been undertaken by Mackintosh Corporation. As a waterproofing specialty contractor some of our work is as subcontractor under a general contractor. Some of these subcontracts were from our sister company, Konstruktura. Many other contracts were direct to the Project Owner either directly or referred by architects.
Our contracts cover the entire waterproofing spectrum from extreme high end to basic economical waterproofing work. Some waterproofing solutions are complex requiring expert product knowledge and expertise to be successful. It is those challenges that Mackintosh revel in providing expert solutions ensuring water tightness and protecting the waterproofing from invasive work to be carried out by others post waterproofing. This is showcased in our project selection below.
